Introduction
Principle & Structure
Membrane dissolved oxygen sensors are polarographic sensors, and the solubility of oxygen in water depends on temperature, pressure and dissolved salts in water. The sensing part of the dissolved oxygen analyzer is composed of gold electrode (cathode), silver electrode (anode) and potassium chloride or potassium hydroxide electrolyte. It adopts titanium alloy outer tube, which has strong corrosion resistance and wide application range; PTFE thick film breathable material and ultra-thick pure silver anode make the life of the electrode longer; at the same time, it adopts replaceable membrane head assembly, which is convenient for daily maintenance. Ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
Features
● The sensor adopts a new type of oxygen-sensitive membrane, with its own NTC temperature compensation function, and the measurement results have good repeatability and stability;
● No oxygen consumption during measurement, no flow rate/agitation requirements;
● Breakthrough fluorescence technology, no membrane and electrolyte, basically no maintenance;
● Built-in self-diagnosis function to ensure accurate data;
● Factory calibration, one year without calibration, can be calibrated on site;
● The distance between the sensor and the transmitter can reach over 100 meters;
● Standard digital signal output, special transmitter-free industrial and mining can realize integration and networking with other equipment;
● Modular installation of sensors to achieve plug and play;
● English and Chinese display can be switched, and it is more convenient to use Chinese.
application
On-line monitoring of DO in various processes such as regulating pools, biochemical pools, and effluent in sewage treatment plants;
DO online monitoring in waterworks, surface water, water in various industrial production processes, aquaculture and other industries.
