Introduction
principle
The LMS magnetic column level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy (Archimedes' law) combined with magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main pipe of the level gauge also rises and falls, and the float The permanent magnet steel inside is transmitted to the field indicator (ruler) through magnetic coupling, which drives the yellow, black (or red and white) turning column to rotate. When the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turning column turns from red to white. The junction of red and white of the indicator is the actual height of the medium level gauge in the container.
LMS magnetic flap level gauge is used for real-time, accurate, safe and reliable continuous measurement of process liquid level. The float adopts a 360° ring magnetic design, and the shell is completely sealed and hard to pressure. The indicator adopts evacuated glass tube packaging technology, and the indication is clear, which eliminates the problems of vapor condensation and liquid leakage that are often encountered in traditional glass tube liquid level gauges. A full range of liquid level transmitters, liquid level switches and magnetic flap liquid level gauges can be provided to achieve remote monitoring and control of liquid level, interface and other signals.
application
