Principle & Structure
The compact differential pressure transmitter uses a silicon piezoresistive core as the signal measuring element. The measured differential pressure acts on both ends of the transmitter, and the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material is used to realize the conversion of differential pressure and electrical signal.
