Introduction

Principle & Structure

In-line installation, mechanical flow switch for liquid or gaseous media. Available in robust plastic, aluminium or stainless steel housings. When the medium pushes the plunger spring to the set position, the magnetic field acts on the reed switch to output a passive on-off signal, and provides an indication of the instantaneous flow trend.

Features

The sensor parts are fixed with double bolts, so that the switch can be used in high-frequency vibration conditions.

Note: 1. (*) The parameters in brackets are reset points, and the parameters outside brackets are action points. If the lower limit alarm (monitoring flow is too small) refer to the reset point parameter. The upper limit alarm (too large monitoring flow) refers to the operating point parameter.

     2. The above parameters are obtained by installing the switch in a horizontal pipeline and testing with 20°C water as the medium.
