Principle & Structure
Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter is specially designed for continuous monitoring of sludge interface in sewage treatment process. The instrument uses the reliable ultrasonic echo detection principle to detect the distance between the sensor probe and the sludge interface and the distance from the bottom surface, and realizes the real-time monitoring of the sludge thickness change and the control of the related process, so as to optimize the sludge discharge control and dosing control. Prevent effluent deterioration, avoid sludge denitrification and decomposition, and optimize process control procedures.
Bottom point of range
The distance value from the reference plane to this location. The value is positive when the low point of the range is above the reference plane, and negative when it is below the reference plane. The measured mud level outputs 4mA current at this set value.
Range high point
The distance value from the reference plane to this location. The value is positive when the range high point is above the reference plane, and negative when it is below the reference plane. When the measured mud level is at this set value, it outputs 20mA current.
